Perfect Potato Salad

6-8 Med. Potatoes
Water
1 C Mayo
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cider vinegar
2 tsp. Minced onion
1 tsp. Mustard
1/8 tsp. Ground pepper
1/4 C milk
1 Tsp. Sugar
Paprika

Peel and cook potatoes in water until fork tender Cool potatoes, then slice into bite sized chunks. Mix remaining ingredients and stir into potatoes. Dust lightly with paprika. Can be garnished with sliced hard-boiled egg, if desired. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
